SPHOA BOARD MEETINGS
BUDGET and ASSESSMENT for 2027At the up-coming annual meeting on September 23rd, the budget for 2027 will be voted on and be approved or disapproved. If there is not a quorum of homeowners attending the Annual Meeting, the meeting will be postponed to the next meeting on December 2nd. The proposed monthly assessment for 2027 is $114 (a 3.6% increase). The letter with the budget proposal - and a proxy ballot - was mailed to all homeowners August 28th, 2026.
